Everything you need to know before you reserve reusable moving bins in the Sacramento area.
What is included with my rental?+
Your reusable 27-gallon moving bins, delivery, and pickup are included within our eligible Sacramento-area service radius.
How much are moving bins?+
20 bins are $79 for one week, and 40 bins are $129 for one week. Each extra week is $30 for the 20-bin package and $45 for the 40-bin package.
Can I rent extra bins or a dolly?+
Yes. Extra individual totes are $10 each and dollies are $25 each. Add them during your reservation.
How much notice do you need?+
Please book at least four hours before delivery. If your move is sooner, call 916-712-7030 and we’ll check availability.
What is the pickup date?+
A one-week rental defaults to pickup seven days after delivery. A two-week rental defaults to 14 days. You can choose up to four weeks while booking.
Can pickup be somewhere else?+
Yes. Enter the pickup address in the reservation flow if it differs from delivery, subject to service-area confirmation.
What can I put in bins?+
Typical household items are great. Keep each bin at or under 75 pounds and do not pack hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, biohazardous, or dangerous materials.
What if I need more time?+
Ask before your scheduled pickup. Extensions depend on availability and are only confirmed after approval and payment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Cancel at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. With less than 48 hours, payment is non-refundable but you may reschedule once, subject to availability. Rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead is free, subject to availability.
What happens if a bin is lost or damaged?+
Replacement charges are $10 per missing or damaged bin and $25 per missing or damaged dolly. Please see the rental terms for full details.
